Mrs. Rikki Fikes-Davis
Learning Leader

Mrs. Rikki Fikes-Davis was born and raised in Philadelphia. She is happily married with 2 boys. She has been actively teaching in the field of cosmetology for over 14 years. She graduated with both operators and teachers of cosmetology. She is a master nail technition, stylist, educator and motivator. She brings with her CLIC Certification in all areas (hairstyling, cutting, coloring and success dynamics). She is also a member of the National Cosmetology Association. She is continually updating her educational methods and technical skills through Paul Mitchell certification classes such as cutting, coloring, beauty culture and etc.
Mrs. Fikes-Davis' students love her. They can feel her genuineness and dedication. She is constantly working with students towards their goals and success. She takes a huge part in school sponsored hair shows, and competitions as well as charitable fund raisers. She can often be found traveling with our design team taking pictures and motivating everyone involved.
In addition to her accomplishments in the field of cosmetology, she also has an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice as well as certification from Wharton Small Business Development Center.
